Dive Stewart Island & Fiordland
Stewart Island and Fiordland waters offer unsurpassed opportunities for the diver. The seas around Stewart Island or the black coral and delicate marine life of the Fiord walls will make your dive holiday aboard Talisker an experience to remember. Aboard Talisker we can take you into the most remote of our waters in comfort and style. You will dive kelp forests with schools of trumpeter and giant moki or perhaps visit the old Waikare at Stop Island or even dive our newest wrecks the Marine Maid or the Dong Won. Play with blue cod and terakihi and catch (depending on season) crays, scallops or oysters for the table.
Between dives we can take you to points of historic and natural history interest. Whether you want to visit "Captain Cooks Stumps" at Astronomers Point in Dusky Sound, visit Herrick Creek "Moose Country". All the crew are PADI qualified either Open Water, Advanced or Instructor and Iris is a registered nurse.
